It doesn't matter how bad your belly is telling you to go for sweet candies over healthy food, you have to try to stay away from desserts. Sugar that's coming from candy will not help you get in shape or good health. Even if it's just a singular candy bar or you're eating rarely sweets because one will eventually be leading for another. Fruits and vegetables can be your choice instead when getting into shape. Apples, for example, is doing a good job at getting the belly feel full from 3 to 4 hours. Green vegetables such as green beans, broccoli, and other green vegetables keep the system clean and running.
